Even some of the most discriminating car enthusiasts know very little when it comes to maximizing and maintaining the finish of their automobiles. Making your car look its absolute best requires specialized products, tools, training and experince that's just not available at the local car wash or a new car dealer's high volume "detailing" department.

What is detailing?

Very good question! The problem is, it is different things to different people. Most other car wash and detail shops consider a detail to be a quick wash job, wipe down your windows, put some tire shine on your tires and rubber trim, vacuum your carpet and call it a day.

How is Mobile Image different?

There are many ways, but mainly we pride ourselves on the detail of our work, and the smiles on our customers faces. We don't pride ourselves on the number of vehicles we run through the shop. Unlike other shops, we don't detail your vehicle just to have it look good until the next wash... we do it so it will look good for a long time to come.

For someone that really wants to keep their vehicles looking the best, we have monthly Maintenance Plans. This includes whatever your vehicle needs, but is typically a monthly mini-detail and weekly hand washes.

• We use a clean micro fiber wash mit and clean micro fiber towels on each job we do. This keeps dirt and other contaminents off your vehicle. This little thing makes a big difference in your paint's finish. Swirl marks are introduced all the time into customers paint by shops using dirty and improper towels.
• We don't use cheaper "bulk" products to detail your car. We use high-end car show products designed to protect your paint and last!
• We don't use waxes (unless a customer specifically requests it). Why don't we recommend a wax? Wax breaks down at 125-135F degrees, so think about the temperature of your paint in the Texas sun! Wax also attracts and holds onto dirt, dust, pollen and other contaminents which can in turn create swirl marks and micro-scratches in your paint's finish.
